The Old Salty Dog is a fast paced full service restaurant specializing in seafood. We have a very easy and efficient system to help you succeed. The only requirements for employment is a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Everything else can be taught. We are always looking for experienced self motivated people to join our kitchen staff. Applicant MUST be available both days/nights and weekends - No exceptions. We need talented and experienced kitchen member(s) who are able to work in a clean and organized manner and who are passionate about providing excellent food and service. We are not a slow restaurant; if you do not handle stress well, please do not apply. Must be capable of concentrating, following instructions, and putting quality first.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to grill, fryers, steamer/raw bar, pantry and prep. Everyone does everything in this kitchen. Non-smokers only please.
